14×11 Mixed Media “Hope is a waking dream.” – Aristotle
Instead of adding wings to a child like I have done in previous pieces, I decided to focus more on the child’s face and expression through color. I still created a dream-like world around her. I colored the butterfly to make it alive in her black and white dream world as symbol of hope.
